This lovely little playground is just behind the village hall and although small, the space is well used and filled with equipment suitable for all ages.

The main piece of apparatus is a big wooden frame and consists of a wobbly bridge, cargo nets, climbing wall, tunnel, slide and dens underneath. Little ones will need a helping hand with this one but the big kids can confidently whizz around it. There is also swings for big and small, a double seated seesaw, activity panels, cargo net obstacle and balance log.

Beyond the play park itself are beautiful green fields — follow the footpath sign for a 1 mile walk to Forest Hill and another incredible playground! If you are planning a trip to Rectory Farm strawberry picking this summer then this park is literally one minute away and an ideal place to burn off the last of the days energy.
